Yakisoba Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

2packs
Cooked Yakisoba Noodle
1 large
Carrot (diced)
1 pack of five
Hot dog bread
1 large
Onion slice into thin pieces
3 tblsp
Oyster Sauce
2 tblsp
Soy Sauce
1 ½ tsp
White pepper
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tblsp
Japanese Rice cooking wine
1 ½ tsp
White Vinegar
1 tsp
Vegetable oil
¼ cup
Water
1 packet
Thin strip nori (dry seaweed)
Mayonnaise
To serve (optional)

Cooking Method:

1.  Put 1 teaspoon of oil into a large frying pan. Stir-fry diced carrot and onion slices until aromatic.
2.  Add Yakisoba noodle into the mixture and add the ¼ cup of water to help separate the noodle. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
3.  Add, oyster sauce, soy sauce, Japanese Rice cooking wine, White vinegar and sugar and continue to stir-fry the noodle mixture untill all the sauce are evenly mixed with noodle.
4.  When noodles are soft and sauce has reduced, add salt and pepper into the noodles mixture and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
5.  Remove from heat. Prepare hot dog bread by cutting an opening from the top of the bread. Fill the bread with the yakisoba, add mayonnaise to serve (optional) and thin strips of nori.
